Our Staff

Head Chef

The cafe is led by an experienced chef with international and social enterprise experience, Gobardhan Thami. Thami’s international experience is from his time as the head chef at the Radisson International hotel for over five years. Thami has previous experience working in a social enterprise, working with young people, training them in waitressing and kitchen work.




Head Waitress

The waitress staff is led by Melina Rai who holds a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management. She completed her waitress and hospitality training from Holiday Inn, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Holiday Inn, Qinhuangdao, China respectively.
